Have your event your way!

Hire your own caterers or prepare the food yourself, it’s your choice. Have your venue and sleeping arrangements in one price tag! We can host up to 75+ people in our outdoor areas for your event. For sleeping areas, we can accommodate up to 29 people. We have 3 properties, all located near each other for you to choose from. You can rent one or more of our packages and tailor them to the specific needs of your group. All of our spaces have private bathrooms and parking. We also have many gathering spaces on our properties, giving you the freedom to mingle with your group.

Located close to our properties is a new restaurant/caterer called “CHEZ”, this is a great place to order food, drink, and welcome charcuterie boards for your group.

We require a 25% down payment of the total cost of the reservation. Full payment is due 2 weeks prior to arrival date. To receive a full refund, cancellations must happen 2 weeks prior to the arrival date. If a group cancels less than 2 weeks before arrival date, the 25% down payment will be kept as a cancellation fee.

To book one or more of our packages, you must call or text us directly well in advance of your anticipated arrival to ensure availability, otherwise we can provide you with alternative dates.

For any group rentals we need 2 weeks/14 days notice of cancellation
